Question 27: A train needs to carry 892 visitors. Know that each car has 10 compartments, each compartment has 4 seats. How many carriages are needed to carry all the visitors?

Number of people sitting in a car: 4.10 = 40 (person)

We have 892 : 40 = 22 (remainder 12)

So it takes at least 23 carriages to carry all the passengers.

(Because if using 22 cars, there are still 12 passengers without seats, so at least 23 cars must be used to carry all 892 passengers)
